Macky McCleary is a partner at innogy Consulting and a Fellow at The Policy Lab. He recently served as Director of the Rhode Island Department of Business Regulation and as Administrator for the Department of Public Utilities and Carriers.
Macky brings over a decade of experience in infrastructure, energy, and emerging technologies from these roles as well as his prior work for McKinsey & Co and the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection. He has a BA and a Master’s of Architecture, both from Yale.
