Paul Testa is an Affiliate of The Policy Lab and an Assistant Professor of Political Science at Brown University. His research focuses on applying principles of designed-based inference to the study of the politics of race and the criminal justice system.
Paul has published in the American Journal of Political Science, the Journal of Politics, and Political Research Quarterly. Paul is an Affiliate with the Taubman Center for American Politics, where he is a member of the Center's Poll Advisory Board.
Paul holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a BA in Government and Economics from Cornell University.
